“Extra Virgin” on the Cooking Channel
starring actress Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos

There is a new show on the cooking channel that caught my attention last week, called Extra Virgin. with actress Debi Mazar and her Italian husband, Gabriele Corcos. At first, this show caught my eye because I am a huge fan of the HBO show Entourage where Debi plays the role of Vince’s feisty publicist. Extra Virgin hit a soft spot after watching only one episode! Debi and her husband have been married 10 years and it’s evident that Gabriele truly relishes his wife, his family, and his native Tuscan cuisine. The way he engages with the food feels authentic. Once again, Mazar fans (like me) will enjoy hearing her unique NY Queens accent while getting a glimpse into the couple’s heart-felt relationship as they stir up some delish and homey Italian cuisine! You can count on this show being a mix of fire, zest, and sentimental sweet…it’s super fun to watch. Passami l’olio d’oliva…Extra Virgin!

Yummy Rejuvenation

I have been craving a blueberry muffin these past couple of weeks. Can’t explain it…but it happens! Imagine my bliss when I discovered Farmhouse Fresh Powder Milk Bath Soak in Blueberry when I was having a “Solitude Soak” at Destino Spa…yum! This blueberry batter (in the form of a milk bath) is worth the down time indulgence and made my skin feel super soft. I am still on the look out for a super-scrumptious blueberry muffin…but this has tided me over in the meantime.

Their other products are as yummy as they smell, too. Are you craving…

Yellow cake?

or Whoopie Pies?
